The IFLA Eastern Region conference is being held at Darling Harbour in Sydney, Australia from 25th - 27th May 2006. National and international speakers will address the pivotal role of time and change in the practice of the built environment professions and its effects on contemporary society & the landscape. The profession of landscape architecture is called upon to contribute towards safeguarding the viability of the natural environment, developing and maintaining a human built environment and preserving our natural and cultural heritage.
