IFLA: Guide to international opportunities in landscape architecture, education and internships. A guide produced in 2004 which gives a comprehensive listing of international opportunities sorted country by country.

EFLA, ELASA, Le Notre Internship Guide
This is a country by country guide to how to get a job or to obtain work experience as a student or newly qualified professional. It is compiled by the Le Notre, EFLA and ELASA correspondents. This document is a beginning of that guide and covers so far Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, with a brief note on the USA.

Brazilian Capacity Building Program for Landscape Architecture
IFLA supports education as a major initiative within our Strategic Plan. This capacity building programme in landscape architecture has been much needed to improve knowledge and teaching abilities to meet the growing environmental design and planning challenges in Brazil. This successful programme, documented in this publication, will provide a model for further assistance in Brazil, Latin America and in other parts of the world.

Dictionary - Landscape and Urban Planning
Diccionario - Paisaje y urbanismo

After more than twenty years untiring work of the "IFLA Committee on translation of technical terms" under the guidance of Klaus-Juergen Evert, Landscape Architect, Germany, the Multilingual Dictionary on Environmental Planning, Design and Conservation was published in November 2000. (ISBN 3-540-67908-1)

This unique "quinqualingual" dictionary covers terms which concern the planning, design and protection of the environment. The languages are German, British and American English, French and Spanish, together with many Latin-American equivalents. It is intended for the use of landscape architects, urban planners, nature conservationists and environmentalists, as well as planning practices, research and educational institutes and contains a total of approximately 10'000 termini.

IFLA/UNESCO Charter for landscape architectural education
This Charter, as a universal document, can help in the understanding that landscape architectural education constitutes both the socio-cultural, ecological and professional challenge of the contemporary world; and requires the guarantee of protection, development and urgent action.
